Flashback To 2008: Candidate Obama Says It; President Obama Does It

News On The Net

“Nobody talked about attacking Pakistan,” Obama replied. “Here’s what I said, and if John wants to disagree with this, he can let me know: That, if the United States has al Qaeda, bin Laden, top-level lieutenants in our sights, and Pakistan is unable or unwilling to act, then we should take them out. Now, I think that’s the right strategy; I think that’s the right policy.”

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say, thank you to the brave men and women that were on the ground not only for this mission, but for the past ten years.  At times, it seemed almost as if we were fighting an invisible enemy.  I am proud to have an articulate and methodical leader like President Obama.  The aspect of this mission that seemed to get overlooked from the very beginning, is that President Obama had the frame of mind to go about this tactically, to preserve whatever evidence possible, as well as possible informants.  We are finding out now, that not only did President Obama oversee the death of quite possibly one of the worst human beings to ever walk this earth, but in the process, netted a treasure trove of valuable intelligence on laptop computers and flash drives.  That in itself makes this mission an incredible success.  Add in the fact that not a single member of the mission was injured, and I think I speak for everyone when I say, job well done American military.  And job well done, President Sir.

I fully agree with the message. We can all be proud of the sage leadership of President Barak Obama. He took names and got the results. For nearly 10 years we have looked and tried to find this man and we finally got him. Kudos to our great and brave military for a job well done. This should help boost Pres. Obama’s re-election and maybe carry tails to help Sen. McCaskill and Gov. Nixon and the entire Democratic ticket. Robert Wheeler
